Why did I receive a Text (SMS) Message?
Keeping your account secure is very important to us at Slots.lv. The text (SMS) message you receive from us is an additional security measure we take to verify your identity. This can occur when you join us, login to your account (2FA), have updated the information in your Profile Settings, claimed a Bonus or requested a withdrawal of your real money slots winnings.
If you skip this verification process, a reminder and option to follow through will remain on your Dashboard and you’ll be prevented from updating your Profile Settings or withdrawing your funds until you do.
Account Login 2-Factor Authentication
Making every effort to ensure your account’s security, we’ve incorporated a 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature which triggers a code to be sent to your phone via SMS (text) message if our system detects any suspicious login activity.
Note: Your login attempt must be completed with the 2-Factor Authentication SMS code to access your account when prompted; however, this security alert may not occur on every attempt.
Important Reminders
- Ensure your mobile phone number on your account is correct and validated;
- Our text message will contain a unique, one time use, code that you’ll enter onsite into the field provided;
- You’re allotted a maximum of 3 attempts to resend and enter the code correctly;
- If you do not receive a code as suggested when you attempt to login, you’ll need to contact Customer Service for further assistance.
