What are my different balances?

Keeping track of your balances is an important part of your casino slot games adventure.  You’ll want to be aware of how your funds are used and which balances they are coming from as well as where they are returned when you win!

Frist, let’s take look at the different balances you may see in your account.  Click the profile icon at the top of the main page:

From there, you will see your dashboard with your name, MySlots Rewards Tier Level and the number of Rewards Points you’ve earned and their current value, (in brackets).  Under these details you will see one or all of the following active balances on your account: 

Available to Withdraw

Pretty simple, this balance lets you know the total amount of funds you’re able to withdraw. Funds in this balance include: deposits made without redeeming a bonus, winnings earned with funds from this balance, and bonus funds that have been released from your Bonus Funds balance.

Bonus Funds 

Bonus funds are those that are issued to your account from a redeemed cash or match bonus. Also included in this balance will be any winnings you’ve earned that have yet to be released from playing with a bonus.

Locked Funds

The locked funds balance represents any deposited funds attached to a Deposit Bonus and any winnings earned using funds from this balance. Locked funds are transferred to your withdrawable balance as you meet the play-through requirements on each bonus.

Locked Bonus Funds

Also referred to as ‘drip bonuses’ funds in this balance include bonuses that are not immediately available for use but which are released to your withdrawable balance as you achieve certain milestones while you play.
