How do I deposit with MatchPay?
MatchPay matches users who wish to trade account credits with other players. Depositing with this method, you’ll be automatically matched with players looking to trade their account credits. By choosing your trading method(s), your trade transaction will be immediate.
Follow the guide below to deposit with MatchPay:
- Select the profile icon at the top of any page, and then click ‘Deposit’.
- Choose MatchPay from your list of Deposit options.
- Enter your MatchPay ID in the field provided.
- Note: First-time depositors will need to register for a MatchPay ID, click ‘Join Now’ to create one, and a password (validation of email and phone number will be necessary). Once created, your ID is permanent and can’t be modified.
- Next, log in to your MatchPay account to automatically create an Order. If you do not have enough credit in your MatchPay account, click ‘Create Order’. Enter the amount and select your preferred trading methods, then click ‘Continue’.
- From there you can modify the details of your Offer by clicking the pencil icon, or cancel it by clicking the ‘x’ and return the credits to your Available Balance.
- When a match is made, the MatchPay user is notified by email/text to make the trade with you. This may take a few moments, but MatchPay will cycle through your matches until a user responds. A user then completes the transaction within the allotted time.
- Confirm with the user your receipt of the funds. You and the fellow user are then alerted to the completion of your trade.
Important Reminders:
- Bonuses are not available for MatchPay deposits unless otherwise specified in the bonus description, this includes our Welcome and Refer-a-Friend Bonuses.
- Players can trigger MatchPay registration from the cashier. Validation of email and phone number will be required.
- Trades made with Zelle (and therefore connected to a bank account), can ONLY be processed on business days. Trades made via this method on a weekend or holiday will only be processed the next business day.
- In some cases MatchPay may not find a match for your order(s). You will be prompted to review your information, set up additional payment methods and/or return to the merchant to adjust the amount.
- Your MatchPay Credit Balance reflects beneath the withdrawable balance listed on your SlotsLV account. Just click the profile icon at the top of any page.
- Your MatchPay Credit Balance cannot be sent directly to your personal bank account.
- MatchPay users can report a problem should something go wrong during the trade process. Users are encouraged to try and resolve the issue directly with the other party via the provided Chat feature. You can also report a problem through support@matchpay.app.
