When will my funds be available? (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.)
- With cryptocurrency deposits, your funds are posted to your Slots.lv balance on 0 confirmations; however, it could take longer based on the network fee (Mining fees) chosen in your wallet. Choosing regular or economic fees may cause a delay in posting your funds.
- If the funds aren't posted after one confirmation, the transaction will need a minimum of 6 confirmations for it to be credited due to congestion on the network delaying your deposit.
- If you are still waiting for your funds to be posted after multiple confirmations on the Blockchain, contact us immediately so that we may assist you further.
- Transfers from your Digital Wallet to your Slots.lv account are immediately changed to USD.
- Exchange is instant when buying cryptocurrency with USD, or USD with cryptocurrency.
