How do I withdraw with a cryptocurrency? (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.) CA

The number of coins to play with is growing! Based on your account eligibility, you may see the following cryptocurrencies listed in the cashier:

Bitcoin (BTC)  / Bitcoin SV (BSV) / Bitcoin Cash (BCH) / Litecoin (LTC) / Ethereum (ETH) / USD Tether (USDT)

STEP 1: Setup/open your Digital Wallet.
STEP 2: Open your Exchange Wallet. No Exchange yet? Get started by checking out cryptocurrencyhelp for our recommended exchange wallet.  

STEP 3: Transfer from Slots.lv. 

  1. In your Digital Wallet, select the cryptocurrency you’re looking to withdraw (Bitcoin, Bitcoin SV, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, USD Tether or Litecoin), then click ‘Receive’.
  2. Now copy your wallet address precisely from your Digital Wallet. IMPORTANT– if the wallet address you are entering is not unique, we will be unable to process your request.  Please ensure the address you enter has not been used on the Blockchain previously.
  3. Return to the Slots.lv website and paste your wallet address in the ‘Your Wallet Address’ field provided. Next, simply enter the amount you want to withdraw in CAD.
  4. Once we've received your withdrawal request, expect the funds to arrive in your Digital Wallet within approximately 24 hours.

When your funds arrive in your Digital Wallet, immediately send them to your Exchange account and convert to CAD, as exchange rates do fluctuate.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Most known wallets support Litecoin, but for safe and easy transactions, we recommend Exodus. Exodus is also recommended fro Ethereum.
  • We're unable to process crypto withdrawals until all respective crypto deposits have been confirmed on the Blockchain Network. Once the deposit has been confirmed, we'll be able to process your request.  
  • Litecoin was designed for faster transaction times compared to any other cryptocurrency.
  • If you’re using these steps for a Bitcoin SV or LiteCoin Deposit, ensure you’re using the correct wallets, exchanges and addresses.
  • When transferring funds between accounts, marginal fees may be deducted from your balance by the wallet provider. These fees are typically under $1.00USD. These fees are typically under $1.00USD; however, if there's congestion on the Blockchain Network, higher fees may be required to complete your transaction. 
  • After your withdrawal is approved, it'll take up to 24 hours to receive your Bitcoin (BTC) and only 1 hour using Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Tether (USDT) or Bitcoin SV (BSV).
  • You will need to generate a new wallet address for each withdrawal request, even if the most recent attempt has failed. Any addresses entered in our system will become unusable after that attempt.
  • While Slots.lv does not typically charge fees on crypto withdrawals, all deposits must be wagered completely before any winnings can be withdrawn. By not meeting this requirement, your crypto withdrawal is subject to a 10% deduction or cancellation at the discretion of our Withdrawals Team.
