I sent my cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet! (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.)

It is important to note if you sent your cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash to the incorrect or wrong wallet that: 

• Incorrect cryptocurrency addresses used during deposit or withdrawal will create an invalid error message.
• All transactions are final, so always ensure the address is correct as accidentally transferring to an active Digital Wallet or Exchange address is irreversible.
• Transactions can be verified by entering the address on a blockchain explorer.
• These wallet addresses are not interchangeable, and the correct currency must be sent to the correct wallet type.
• Please ensure you are ONLY sending Bitcoin (BTC) to a Bitcoin wallet address. Sending Bitcoin Cash (BCH) or Bitcoin SV (BSV) to this address will result in a loss of funds.
